To start playing on WPT Global, download and install the application on your device. Once installed, register a player account, accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then make a deposit to begin playing.
If you entered incorrect information during registration or your personal details have changed, please contact us at customercare@wptglobal.com and our Customer Support team will assist you.
If you have forgotten your password, open the application and tap the Forgot Password button to reset it.
If you wish to close your player account, please contact our Customer Support team at customercare@wptglobal.com. Please note that once your existing account is closed, you cannot register a new account, as each player is only allowed to have one account.
